His father, Elder T.E Oyakhilome, was one of the first leaders of the Assemblies of God Church in Benin City. His son, Pastor Chris was truly inspired by his father. Growing up in a household which is committed to a pure Christian message is a real blessing.

Pastor Chris has honoured his mother Angelina when she turned 80 with a celebration in Benin.

Angelina Oyakhilome Tim Oyakhilome, had two additional children. Reverend Ken Pastor Chris's brother is fondly referred to as Reverend Ken. As a reverend pastor of Christ Embassy's Houston, Texas Branch, He has had a profound impact on many lives and imparted wisdom. He is also an active member of Christ Embassy Central Executive Council.

Katty Worghiren (pastor Chris's sister of pastor Chris) is the director of the LoveWorld Music & Arts Ministry. Katty Worghiren began her career as a gifted member of the choir. Her songwriting talents have resulted in some of LoveWorld's most well-known songs. She is the author of "I Believe In Nigeria" An anthem.

Two Outstanding Daughters

Pastor Chris was married to Anita and were blessed with two beautiful daughters. Although he and Anita his ex-wife, have decided to end their marriages, they still have a deep love for their beautiful daughters Carissa Sharon, Charlene, and Charlene. They both live in London.

The daughter of Pastor Chris Sharon has turned into a rising gospel star. She was influenced by her father, and she wrote the award-winning  “Holy Spirit” which is a testimony to her deeply held Christian faith. She is also an inspiring director of the Global Youth Leaders Forum.

Pastor Chris Phillip Frimpong was a beautiful wedding to her. In a poignant Instagram blog post, she documented her feelings for Phillip Frimpong.

"YES! I am engaged to my most beloved friend. The most amazing and my most beloved person...I'm so, so fortunate I'd choose to marry her. ."

The ceremony was beautiful and important. Charlene was the bridesmaid in chief. It's impossible to not be moved by Pastor Chris Oyakhilomes love.
